1. Acceptance of the terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website, platform and services provided by Ticket360 Tecnologia e Soluções LTDA, CNPJ 10.316.298/0001-05 ("Ticket360"). By accessing the website, creating an account or purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About our services
Ticket360 provides technology for ticket sales and event management. In most cases, we act as an intermediary between event organizers and ticket buyers: the events offered on our platform are produced and carried out by third-party organizers, who are responsible for them.
3. Account registration
To purchase tickets you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide true, accurate and up-to-date information;
- Be at least 18 years old or be assisted by a parent or legal guardian;
- Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use;
- Be responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
4. Purchasing tickets
- Ticket prices, service/convenience fees and payment conditions are clearly displayed before payment is completed;
- An order is confirmed only after payment is approved; until then, tickets are not reserved;
- Purchase limits per buyer or per ticket category may apply, as defined by the organizer;
- Orders may be cancelled if we detect signs of fraud, irregular payment or violation of these Terms.
5. Tickets and event access
- Tickets are issued electronically with a unique QR code. Each code can be validated only once, and access is granted to the first person who presents it;
- Do not share images of your ticket on social media or with third parties — copies can be used by others before you;
- An official photo ID may be required at the entrance;
- Half-price tickets (meia-entrada) require presentation of a valid supporting document at the entrance, according to Law No. 12,933/2013. If the document is not presented, entry may be denied or the price difference may be charged;
- Venue rules, age rating and entry conditions are defined by the organizer and must be observed.
6. Transfer and resale
Tickets are personal and may not be resold for profit. Transfers are permitted only when offered by the platform or authorized by the organizer. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale, fraud or in violation of these Terms may be cancelled without refund, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Organizer responsibilities
The event organizer is responsible for the event itself, including its content, lineup, date, time, venue, safety, permits, age rating and any changes or cancellations. Ticket360 is responsible for the operation of the sales platform and for processing tickets and refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. Prohibited conduct
When using our services, you must not:
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to purchase tickets or access the platform;
- Provide false information or use third-party payment methods without authorization;
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit content from the website without authorization.
9. Intellectual property
The Ticket360 brand, logo, software, layout and content of this website belong to Ticket360 Tecnologia e Soluções LTDA or are used under license, and are protected by law. Event names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ticket360 is not liable for damages resulting from: acts of the event organizer; changes, delays or cancellations of events; temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance or events beyond our control; or misuse of tickets and accounts by the user. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights guaranteed to consumers by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
11. Cancellations and refunds
Conditions for cancellation, withdrawal and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
12. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of the consumer's domicile, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code, or, when there is no consumer relationship, in the courts of the city of São Paulo – SP.
